Dennis took me out to dinner at Yoshino’s Saturday night for my birthday. We had a wonderful time. After dinner we hooked up with some old friends who recently moved back to town. It was a great evening and a wonderful birthday.

My First Blog
I am not sure how to get started. I was sitting here staring at the computer trying to think of something really good or inspiring to say. But nothing is coming to me. This is my first post in my blog and I am a little nervous to get started.
I hope to share my experiences as a wife and mother to 4 beautiful children and as a homeschooling mom. Also as a friend and all of the ups and downs that I have had in my friendships as well as how I have learned to be a real friend and not the self-centered person I used to be. I especially hope to journal my spiritual journey here and share what God has done in my life and where He continues to lead me. This journal is partly for me so that I can look back and remember where I have been and how I got to where I am going. And it is partly for you. That you may have a glimpse into my life and possibly be inspired from something that I share.
Psalm 86:11 “Teach me your way, O Lord, and I will walk in your truth; give me an undivided heart, that I may fear your name.”
Psalm 102: 18-20 “Let this be written for a future generation, that a people not yet created may praise the LORD: ‘The LORD looked down from his sanctuary on high, from heaven he viewed the earth, to hear the groans of the prisoners and release those condemned to death.”
